Customer Resolution Specialist – APAC

About the role

The Customer Resolution Specialist will be the primary point of contact for APAC customers handling material orders, quotations and spare‑part requests. You will ensure world‑class support, fast response times and accurate information, contributing to overall customer satisfaction for Satair’s aviation spare‑parts business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the open order book for assigned APAC customers, ensuring timely follow‑up on quotations, claims and orders.
• Provide quick, qualified responses to all customer inquiries and maintain up‑to‑date customer records.
• Support on‑time material delivery and promote cross‑selling and up‑selling opportunities.
• Train customers on Satair’s e‑commerce platforms (Satair Market / Airbus Spares Portal) and assist with digital solution troubleshooting.
• Participate in internal and external customer meetings, functional projects and back‑up arrangements for absent colleagues.

Required profile

• Diploma with at least 2 years of customer service experience in a comparable organisation.
• Proactive, customer‑oriented attitude with strong communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of shipping or aviation is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Experience using Freshdesk or similar ticketing systems.
• Strong PC literacy, including word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
