Customer Service Admin Associate – 1 Year Contract

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Admin Associate to join our team for a one‑year contract. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering professional and friendly service while supporting a range of administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Handle walk‑in, email and phone enquiries, guiding customers on application procedures, requirements and documentation.
• Assist with collection of documents and certificates and support appointment and ceremony coordination.
• Review and process applications and supporting documents accurately, following up on outstanding requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely case processing.
• Manage records, perform data entry, filing, document verification and support digitisation and archiving activities.
• Handle escalated cases with professionalism and discretion.

• Professional and friendly demeanor when dealing with customers.
• Attention to detail in processing applications and documents.
• Ability to manage escalated cases with discretion.

Required skills

What we offer

• Monthly salary between SGD 2,760 and SGD 3,490.
