About the role
The Customer Service Admin provides essential back‑office support to ensure smooth handling of client inquiries and accurate record‑keeping. Working remotely, you will collaborate with the customer service team and other internal departments to maintain high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, or ticketing systems.
- Perform administrative tasks such as documentation, data entry, and report preparation.
- Keep customer records current and accurate in internal databases.
- Liaise with internal teams to help resolve customer issues promptly.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and other required administrative documents.
- Support the broader customer service team in delivering consistent, high‑quality service.
Required profile
- Excellent written communication and strong organizational abilities.
- Previous experience in administrative, customer service, or support roles is preferred.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction‑free home workspace.
- High attention to detail and solid problem‑solving skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Google Workspace.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience using CRM systems.
What we offer
- Competitive salary ranging from USD 550 to USD 900 per month, based on experience and performance.
