Customer Service Assistant Officer

About the role

Pasir Ris Mall is seeking a Customer Service Assistant Officer to manage the service counter, uphold high service standards, and act as a brand ambassador for shoppers and tenants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and handle all customer service‑related matters at the Customer Service Counter.
• Maintain a high level of customer service standards.
• Handle enquiries and feedback from shoppers and tenants.
• Promote the Great Rewards loyalty program and related activities.
• Support marketing communications in voucher sales, mall redemptions, loyalty program initiatives, and other marketing projects as required.
• Perform administrative duties and ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE N Level qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in a relevant customer service role.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer‑oriented, able to work in a fast‑paced environment and passionate about service excellence.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using a content management system (CMS) is advantageous.
