Customer Service Coordinator

About the role

Crown Equipment Pte Ltd, a material handling company based in Singapore, is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator in Tuas. The role coordinates customer service operations, manages inquiries and process orders, resolves issues and contributes to process improvements and higher service standards. Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer and service calls, including enquiries and logging breakdown calls
• Allocate service jobs to technicians, arrange spare parts and issue stationery
• Update technician availability in AS400 (sick or annual leave) and respond to ISMS messages
• Liaise with suppliers for battery jobs and arrange appointments with retail, FPM and rental customers for PMP services
• Handle entry clearances, update technician details and van allocations in AS400, and arrange safety courses for technicians
• Month-end tasks: print and send invoices, process factory card reports and contracts, renew PMP contracts, issue picking lists and spare parts requisitions, prepare the daily dashboard
• Maintain system maintenance, job cards and ad hoc tasks, process retail, rental and FPM customer costs of sales and warranty job cards, and update the SJC booklet and truck ownership history in AS400

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in business management or a related field preferred
• Proven experience in customer service or sales support roles
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in material handling or logistics preferred
• Eligible to work in Singapore

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred
• Use of AS400 mentioned in the role
