Customer Service Executive – Engineering (SGD 4,500‑5,500)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Customer Service Executive with an engineering focus to manage inside sales, order processing, and basic procurement activities. The role supports manufacturing and engineering operations on Jurong Island, ensuring smooth workflow and high customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Drive inside sales activities and oversee order fulfillment.
• Process purchase orders and ensure timely, accurate documentation.
• Coordinate basic procurement and material sourcing to maintain inventory levels.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align sales, procurement, and operational goals.
• Prepare and manage commercial documents such as quotations, contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Interpret engineering drawings and Bills of Materials (BOM) to support accurate procurement.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering, oil & gas, industrial, or technical product sectors.
• Strong understanding of order management and basic procurement processes.

Required skills

• Interpretation of engineering drawings.
• Handling of Bills of Materials (BOM).
