Customer Service Executive

About the role

The Customer Service Executive will act as the primary point of contact between our clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth order processing, timely resolution of issues, and high‑quality service delivery. Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will support the sales function by handling documentation, registrations, and contract administration.

Key responsibilities

• Provide customers with technical specifications, MSDS, certificates, and related documentation.
• Coordinate customer questionnaires for supplier registration and facilitate SAP system registration.
• Review, manage, and create sales orders and purchase orders in SAP.
• Handle customer complaints, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
• Liaise between customers and internal departments for order‑related inquiries.
• Share vessel and shipment details, and process Special Request Forms (SRFs).
• Maintain accurate filing of contracts and SRFs, initiating contract creation when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business‑related discipline.
• Prior experience in customer service or order management is preferred.
• Familiarity with the food‑ingredients industry is an advantage.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, multitasking, and professional demeanor.

Required skills

• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of SAP.
• Understanding of CRM systems and their functionalities.
