Business Development & Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Business Development & Marketing Manager to lead the promotion and sales of our façade and curtain‑wall engineering solutions across Singapore. You will shape marketing strategies, generate new project opportunities and drive revenue growth for our well‑established multinational construction firm.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to raise brand awareness and support sales objectives.
• Conduct market research, analyse competitor activity and identify emerging business opportunities.
• Generate 1–2 project leads per year, prepare quotations and manage the full sales cycle.
• Lead tender submissions, including interviews and presentations.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, media partners and internal teams.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions and conferences.
• Manage marketing and sales budgets, track performance and produce regular reports.

Required profile

• Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development, preferably within construction, interior design or related industries.
• Proven ability to build client relationships and secure new business.
• Results‑oriented with strong organisational and planning capabilities.

• Competitive monthly salary up to SGD 7,000.
