Customer Service Executive

About the role
We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Executive to join our team in Tampines, Singapore. The role involves handling customer enquiries, processing orders and supporting food tasting events within the fast‑moving F&B sector. You will work closely with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Respond to customer enquiries and resolve complaints promptly.
- Prepare and issue orders and quotations.
- Assist with food tasting sessions as required.
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfil customer needs.
- Liaise with outsourced suppliers when necessary.
Required profile
- Minimum 1 year of experience in administration or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work Monday‑Friday (9 am‑6 pm) and one Saturday per month.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
