Customer Service Executive

About the role

The Customer Service Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors at the LIXIL Experience Center in Singapore. The role focuses on delivering a high‑level customer experience, introducing the LIXIL brand, promoting services, and ensuring each client’s visit is tailored to their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome walk‑in customers, interior designers, architects and contractors, providing brand introductions and service information.
• Handle client inquiries, complaints and registrations via face‑to‑face, phone and email, ensuring timely and satisfactory responses.
• Maintain and organise the showroom reception area, including opening and closing procedures according to SOPs.
• Support promotional campaigns and assist in preparing weekly/monthly sales and traffic reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams (PCS, Marketing, Project, Retail & Training) to uphold customer satisfaction standards.

Required profile

• High school diploma, Nitec or Higher Nitec.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a customer‑facing role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Professional appearance and high integrity.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using POS systems (Google Workspace considered a plus).
