Customer Service Officer – Education Centre

About the role

The Write Connection, a premier learning centre in Singapore, is seeking enthusiastic Customer Service Officers to deliver premium service and support to our students and parents. This full‑time position offers a structured 5‑day workweek with a balanced mix of weekday and weekend shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Explain our courses, education philosophy and pedagogy to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote TWC programmes and build lasting relationships with clients.
• Handle phone and email enquiries promptly and professionally.
• Process sales transactions efficiently.
• Arrange replacement lessons, schedule appointments for parents, centre managers or teachers.
• Manage centre inventory and simple logistics.
• Perform general administrative duties such as filing documents and ad‑hoc tasks.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE ‘A’ Levels or Diploma qualification.
• At least 2 years of relevant customer‑service experience, preferably in an enrichment‑centre setting.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
• Strong organisational ability, attention to detail and professional work ethic.
• Willingness to be trained on TWC SOPs and to work independently or as part of a team.
• Open to deployment across different centres as operational needs dictate.

Required skills

• Proficient with MacBook.
• Experienced using G‑Suite applications (Drive, Gmail, Docs, Sheets).
