About the role
The Customer Service Officer will manage order processing and the preparation of complete export shipping documentation. You will act as a key liaison between internal teams, external customers across APAC and globally, and shipping partners to ensure smooth product delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Process orders and generate full sets of export documents including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin and FORM E.
- Prepare shipping documents required under Letters of Credit and ensure zero discrepancies.
- Liaise with shipping companies and coordinate logistics activities.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to understand requirements and achieve win‑win outcomes.
- Submit LC and shipping documents to banks or customers within stipulated timelines.
Required profile
- At least O/A level or a relevant diploma.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service, order processing or export documentation.
- Good working knowledge of SAP R/3 (preferred).
- Familiarity with Incoterms and Letters of Credit verification.
- Positive attitude, self‑motivated, strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to learn in a fast‑paced environment and able to start on short notice.
