Customer Service Representative – Digital Banking

About the role

The Digital Ambassador is a front‑line customer service representative who helps clients navigate the bank’s digital channels. Based in Singapore (Orchard or ASQ), you will support customers in adopting mobile, online and cashless payment solutions while delivering a high‑quality banking experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, courteous assistance for general banking inquiries and digital platform usage.
• Guide customers through self‑service options on mobile apps, online portals and ATMs.
• Troubleshoot common digital banking issues and escalate complex cases.
• Educate clients on the benefits of digital banking, cashless payments and assist with onboarding.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of the bank’s products, services and new digital features.
• Collect feedback on digital channels and contribute to continuous improvement.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and refer customers to relevant specialists.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or help‑desk role.
• Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric attitude.
• Interest in technology and digital banking solutions.
