Customer Service Representative – Mandarin Speaking

About the role

Join TDCX as a Mandarin‑speaking Customer Service Representative and help deliver exceptional support to global brands. You will interact with customers across multiple channels, resolve issues efficiently, and contribute to a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous assistance via phone, email and other communication channels.
• Identify customer needs, investigate issues and propose strategic solutions.
• Achieve first‑contact resolution and ensure timely follow‑up with internal teams.
• Offer constructive feedback on tools, processes and guidelines to improve workflow.
• Build sustainable relationships by going the extra mile for customers.
• Support the continuous improvement of TDCX’s Quality Management System.

Required profile

• Diploma or GCE ‘O’ Level with at least 2 years of contact‑centre experience.
• Fluent in Mandarin and proficient in spoken and written English or Chinese.
• Strong customer‑handling attitude and a positive mindset.
• Team player able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent time‑management and motivation to exceed expectations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortable using computers and navigating multiple systems.
