Customer Success Account Manager

About the role

Microsoft’s Customer Experience & Success (CE&S) organization is looking for a Customer Success Account Manager to partner with public‑sector customers in Singapore. You will act as the strategic orchestrator, aligning the right resources at the right time to help customers accelerate value from Microsoft’s cloud and digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals.
• Lead post‑sales delivery and support orchestration across Microsoft and partner ecosystems.
• Align customer objectives with Microsoft’s portfolio and drive adoption of cloud solutions.
• Collaborate with account teams to ensure timely resource allocation and successful project outcomes.
• Provide guidance on Microsoft product capabilities and best practices to achieve business goals.

Required profile

• Strong interest in cloud technologies and IT service management.
• Excellent communication and consultative skills.
• Ability to work both on‑site with customers and remotely, with up to 30% home‑based work.
• Motivation to help strategic enterprise customers succeed in their digital transformation.
