About the role
Mastercard is expanding its Services Customer Success team in Singapore. The role focuses on helping customers adopt and maximise the value of Mastercard’s security‑focused network products, driving long‑term relationships and supporting the growth of the ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Build strong partnerships with priority customers by understanding their business needs and managing health throughout product launch and post‑sale phases.
- Identify optimisation opportunities that increase customer value and drive adoption of security and network solutions.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including Network Services, Account Management, Sales, Product, Technical Account Managers and delivery teams—to deliver the full value proposition.
- Generate qualified leads for expansion and provide feedback for product and process improvements.
- Ensure technical and program readiness for customers, supporting proactive engagement and personalised service.
Required profile
- Proven experience in a customer‑success or account‑management role within a B2B technology or financial‑services environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple internal stakeholders to solve complex customer challenges.
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑centric mindset focused on delivering measurable outcomes.
