Customer Supply Chain Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Supply Chain Manager to lead end‑to‑end supply chain strategy and execution for a strategic customer in Singapore. This customer‑facing position connects customer requirements with internal procurement, planning, manufacturing and quality teams to ensure reliable delivery, cost competitiveness and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a supply chain road map aligned with customer growth plans, including ramp timelines and new product introductions.
• Manage capacity planning, dual‑sourcing strategies and supplier transitions to meet demand without disruption.
• Lead quarterly business reviews and customer‑directed improvement initiatives covering delivery performance, cost reduction and supply chain health.
• Coordinate material escalation, expediting and shortage resolution to maintain on‑time delivery.
• Partner with the customer on demand planning, forecast accuracy and inventory stocking programs.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in supply chain, procurement or supply chain program management.
• 3+ years in a customer‑facing or account management role within a complex supply chain environment.
• Proven experience managing dual‑sourcing, supplier transitions and supply chain risk mitigation.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, comfortable engaging with C‑level customer stakeholders.
