Customer Support Associate

About the role

Padlet builds software for education, enabling visual content creation and collaboration in millions of classrooms worldwide. It is looking for a highly motivated, resourceful Customer Support Associate to provide world-class support to its community. This is a full-time, salaried position based in the Singapore office.

Key responsibilities

• Solve customer inquiries effectively by phone and email
• Own customer interactions and hold a high standard of support
• Identify, document and follow up with engineers on product bugs and feature requests
• Advocate for customers by spotting issue trends and suggesting improvements to processes, policies and products
• Spot errors and draft improvements to content in the external Support Center and internal documentation
• Work with other teams to find answers and act as a resource for teammates

Required profile

• Fluent English; proficiency in another language is a bonus
• Experience in direct customer or client-facing roles
• Genuine curiosity about people and business, with the ability to inspire others
• Interest in implementing feedback and dedication to improving own skills
