Customer Support Director

About the role

ATR, the world’s leading regional aircraft manufacturer, seeks a Customer Support Director to strengthen relationships with airlines and ensure customer success across its portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with a portfolio of airlines and ATR operators.
• Coordinate support activities across ATR departments for assigned customers, managing major issues and cross‑functional projects.
• Visit customers regularly to review technical matters, fleet performance, spares, repairs, and commercial services.
• Support Aircraft Sales Directors during sales campaigns and assess customer needs.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and ensure effective communication.

Required profile

• University degree in engineering or business management.
• At least 6 years of experience in airline organizations, customer support, or aircraft manufacturer services.
• Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
• Ability to work under stress, travel frequently and on short notice.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Experience with Microsoft Co‑Pilot or other AI tools is a plus.
