About the role

Capgemini is seeking a client‑focused Cybersecurity Consultant to drive account growth, strengthen relationships, and deliver measurable value for strategic clients. You will identify new business opportunities, improve performance, and support outcomes in cybersecurity, risk, and compliance across multiple business units.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute account growth strategies, identifying opportunities and aligning solutions with client needs.
• Build and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, expanding engagement across business units.
• Support cybersecurity and risk‑related opportunities by collaborating with internal delivery teams.
• Enhance service quality, operational efficiency, and client satisfaction through continuous improvement.
• Work cross‑functionally to achieve account‑level goals and metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, client engagement, or business development.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Capability to translate client requirements into tailored solutions.
• Exposure to cybersecurity, risk, or compliance domains is preferred.
• Experience working across multidisciplinary teams in technology or professional services.
• Relevant certifications in cybersecurity are a plus.
