Cybersecurity Engineering Manager (MNC / High Bonuses)

About the role

Lead the architecture, implementation, operation and continuous improvement of enterprise information security platforms and solutions, covering PAM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, NDR, DLP, WAF and vulnerability management. Ensure security controls align with regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001 and ISMS, and drive remediation of identified gaps.

Key responsibilities

• Design and manage security platforms, including PAM, SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, NDR, DLP, WAF and vulnerability management.
• Implement and monitor security controls to meet regulatory requirements and enterprise risk frameworks.
• Lead the Security Engineering team, set service standards, manage budgets, vendors and drive automation and AI‑enabled improvements.
• Provide technical security oversight in governance forums and shape security engineering standards, strategy and roadmaps.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of experience in cybersecurity, information security, network or data security.
• Deep hands‑on knowledge of enterprise security technologies and frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, ISMS, SOC 2).
• Proven track record leading high‑performing security engineering/operations teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
