Cybersecurity Specialist – RFI Support

About the role

The Cybersecurity Specialist (RFI) will be responsible for gathering, analysing and presenting security evidence to satisfy Requests for Information, audits and regulatory inquiries. You will work closely with CSOC, DFIR, Security Engineering and Governance teams to ensure accurate and timely responses.

Key responsibilities

• Retrieve, analyse and compile evidence from SIEM, IAM, PAM, AWS and other security platforms.
• Manage the end‑to‑end RFI fulfilment process, meeting stipulated timelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to validate findings and clarify requirements.
• Document evidence sources, assumptions and extraction methods for audit traceability.
• Continuously improve evidence‑handling processes, templates and SOPs.
• Ensure all evidence handling complies with internal policies and regulatory frameworks.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Security, IT, Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of hands‑on experience in cybersecurity operations, security engineering, incident response or security monitoring.
• Experience supporting audits, RFIs, investigations or regulatory reporting is highly advantageous.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, GIAC, AWS or equivalent are a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SIEM platforms.
• Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions.
• Cloud security experience, preferably AWS.
• Endpoint and network security monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as Cyber Security Act 2018, Cyber Trust Mark, CCoP, MAS Cyber Hygiene, TRMG and NIST CSF.
