Data Analyst (Growth & AI)

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst to support the CamScanner business in driving user and revenue growth. You will translate business objectives into measurable data metrics, uncover growth opportunities, and help embed AI-driven analysis into our daily workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain monitoring dashboards that track KPIs across all departments.
• Identify abnormal data signals, investigate root causes, and propose actionable insights.
• Explore AI and Large Language Model applications to automate and scale analytical processes.
• Produce structured analysis reports that guide optimization initiatives.
• Participate in special research projects, including competitor analysis and industry benchmarking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to extract commercial insights from data.
• Highly responsible, data‑sensitive, and comfortable working in a team environment.
• Curious about commercial operations and capable of testing hypotheses through logical reasoning.
• Prior experience in user growth, revenue growth, marketing campaign analysis or market research is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction.
• Experience with Python for data modeling and analysis.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau.
