Deal Desk Specialist, Revenue Operations

About the role

Kpler is looking for a Deal Desk Specialist to support the APAC region in deal booking and commercial approvals. You will act as the primary advisor ensuring that all transactions comply with pricing policies, approval frameworks and company guidelines while providing fast, accurate support to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Advise APAC sales on deal configuration, quote creation and CRM processes, ensuring alignment with commercial strategy.
• Review and approve commercial contracts for accuracy, risk and compliance, meeting defined turnaround SLAs.
• Monitor deal pipelines and dashboards, surface discrepancies, drive corrections and track resolution.
• Collaborate with Legal, Finance and Product teams to resolve non‑standard terms, invoicing requirements and obtain necessary approvals.
• Support Strategic Account Managers on complex or high‑value deals and anticipate internal blockers.
• Provide cross‑regional deal desk coverage, including covering for EMEA colleagues when needed.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of sales processes and contract management.
• 2+ years experience in a deal desk, contract administration, sales or commercial operations role within a SaaS or technology company.
• Proven track record handling complex, high‑value transactions.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to interpret company policies.
• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
