Demand and Supply Planner

About the role

The Demand and Supply Planner will manage supply chain resources and demand processes for assigned plants, ensuring customer service targets are met while minimizing operating costs and optimizing stock levels. This role works within the Integrated Business Planning framework and collaborates closely with global supply chain projects.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and manage supply chain resources to meet customer service targets at minimal cost.
• Balance demand and supply on an annual to weekly basis across regional and global networks.
• Execute Integrated Business Planning (IBP R&S) within Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes.
• Monitor planning effectiveness KPIs and drive improvement measures.
• Handle allocation processes during supply shortages to maximize Business Line interest.
• Manage inventory to optimize Net Working Capital while maintaining service levels.
• Support global SCM projects such as distribution network optimization and end‑to‑end planning tool implementation.

Required profile

• Diploma in supply chain management, industrial engineering, business management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain management and production scheduling.
• Strong analytical abilities and ability to work independently on complex issues.
• High customer orientation, resilience, result focus and flexibility.
• Excellent communication skills.
