Demand Planner

About the role

We are expanding our business and need a Demand Planner to own forecasting, purchasing and shipment activities while supporting LG and channel PSI operations. The role will work closely with Sales & Marketing to ensure effective S&OP processes.

Key responsibilities

• Develop weekly and monthly PSI analysis reports and communicate sales and inventory status with Sales & Marketing.
• Use PSI management systems (GSCP, GDMI) to analyse sales forecasts and shipment plans.
• Monitor KPI such as SFA/Channel PSI coverage, inventory (DIO & aging) and publish weekly KPI reports.
• Coordinate S&OP meetings, provide sell‑out and channel stock analysis, and discuss action items with stakeholders.
• Track EOL/NPI product sales and inventory, and manage long‑term inventory and DIO to optimise stock levels.
• Monitor shipment plans, identify shortages and work to reduce supply issues.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain management, inventory planning or order management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively and learn quickly.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
