Department Manager – Luxury Retail

About the role

We are looking for a passionate Department Manager to lead our luxury retail team in Singapore. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, enhancing customer engagement, and ensuring operational excellence within the department.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a high‑performing team to achieve sales targets.
• Manage day‑to‑day department operations, including visual merchandising, uniform standards and service quality.
• Set and monitor objectives, KPIs and product category targets; conduct spot coaching and regular performance reviews.
• Optimize sell‑through by collaborating with the Boutique Manager and Merchandiser.
• Maintain brand image, ensure visual standards, and represent the brand within the department.
• Deliver product and sales training, and improve mystery‑shopping results.
• Build strong client relationships, update customer data, and manage customer service issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in luxury retail.
• Detail‑oriented, well‑organized and numerically sensitive.
• Self‑motivated, proactive and able to work under pressure.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
