About the role

The Talent Attraction Team plays an important role in attracting the right talent to support LTA's continued growth and its mission to transform the way people travel. As Deputy / Assistant Manager, Human Resource (Talent Attraction), you will support the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, coordinating and conducting interviews, and facilitating offers to successful candidates. You will also support LTA's talent attraction and outreach efforts through career talks and recruitment engagement activities.

Required profile

Tertiary qualification in any discipline with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
Demonstrated skills in writing, communication and interpersonal relationships
Demonstrated skills in analysis and critical thinking
Initiative, resourcefulness and drive to excel; independent, able to work in a team and highly self-motivated

Required skills

Familiarity with Workday is an added advantage
