Deputy Director & Programme Lead – Global EMBA

About the role

Nanyang Technological University’s Nanyang Business School seeks a senior leader to steer the Global Executive MBA (GEMBA) programme. The Deputy Director, Programme Lead will shape strategic growth, market positioning, recruitment, admissions, operations and business development for this flagship executive education offering.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and growth of the Global EMBA in line with university priorities.
• Direct marketing, brand positioning, recruitment pipelines and admissions processes.
• Oversee programme operations, including global modules, study trips, events and student services.
• Build and maintain senior‑level relationships with students, alumni, faculty, corporate partners and international stakeholders.
• Manage budgets, revenue, costs, enrolment performance and student satisfaction metrics.
• Lead cross‑functional teams across marketing, recruitment, admissions, operations and business development.
• Prepare reports and recommendations on financial performance, operational risks and programme improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Strong expertise in strategic leadership, business development, executive programme management and stakeholder engagement.
• Significant experience in executive education, EMBA, MBA, corporate training or related fields.
