About the role

The Deputy/Assistant Manager will lead the systems that support foreign vehicle permits. This 1‑year fixed‑term position involves reviewing existing processes, driving improvements and delivering new digital transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse current system processes and business rules, recommending enhancements.
• Design and implement digital solutions for foreign vehicle permit services.
• Prepare tender specifications, evaluate bids and manage project budgets.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
• Handle customer feedback and oversee a 24/7 operations environment.

Required profile

• Degree in engineering, computer science or a related discipline (or equivalent knowledge).
• Minimum 2 years of experience managing complex system projects.
• Strong analytical and cognitive abilities.
• Excellent written and presentation skills.
• Adaptable, able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑changing environment.
