Deputy/Manager, Ticketing Fees & Data

About the role

This Deputy/Manager position sits within the Ticketing Strategy and Projects Division of the transit agency. It contributes to the ticketing services charging framework for transparency and cost effectiveness, helps shape long-term ticketing policies and strategies, and engages a wide range of stakeholders across the transit ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team reviewing and monitoring the costs of the transit ticketing system
• Manage contracts with Public Transport Operators and ticketing service providers on ticketing matters
• Analyse transit ticketing data to deliver a commuter-centric, future-ready system
• Implement projects that improve operations and services and support new payment modes
• Prepare approval papers and agreements with transit service providers covering service level monitoring and service fees

Required profile

• 5 to 8 years of experience in project management and/or policy
• Able to conceive and operationalise policies
• Able to communicate effectively and present to management
• Able to manage internal and external stakeholders confidently
• Meticulous, adaptable and able to deliver quality work under tight deadlines
