About the role

Join EPAM's agile team in Singapore as a Designer focused on financial industry solutions. You will lead user research, craft intuitive workflows, and ensure digital products meet both user goals and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct user research to understand goals, behaviors and needs.
• Develop user and domain models based on research findings.
• Define context scenarios and ideal user experiences.
• Describe system capabilities and requirements to support user tasks.
• Design information flows, workflows and system structures.
• Test and refine products through evaluative research.
• Advocate for user needs and maintain empathy throughout the design process.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing and shipping digital projects.
• Strong understanding of digital mediums and technology constraints.
• Ability to balance user needs, business goals and technical feasibility.
• Clear communication skills and adaptability within a collaborative team.

Required skills

• Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic coding knowledge (e.g., HTML/CSS) to assess technical feasibility.
