Desktop Publishing & Production Art Specialist (Adobe InDesign)

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Production Art & Desktop Publishing Specialist with strong Adobe InDesign expertise to create and maintain templates for long‑form corporate publications such as annual and sustainability reports. The role is fully remote, follows Singapore time, and supports a seasonal workload of six to eight months per year.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and set up InDesign templates and style sheets based on approved creative concepts.
• Flow written content into pre‑approved layouts, ensuring consistency across 200+ page documents.
• Execute client amendments by reviewing annotated PDFs and updating working files accurately.
• Manage multiple rounds of revisions while maintaining layout precision and design standards.
• Prepare final pre‑press files and make last‑minute adjustments during report sign‑off.
• Collaborate with remote creative, account management, and production art teams.
• Track time using the client’s IT and timesheet systems.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of production art or desktop publishing experience on annual reports or similar long‑form corporate publications.
• Advanced proficiency with Adobe InDesign, including style sheets, master pages, and template development.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle high‑volume workloads under tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks across concurrent projects.
• Comfortable working in a remote team environment with clear communication.
