Dev Lead – Python Django & AWS

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Development Lead to drive the design, implementation, and maintenance of modern web applications built on Python Django and AWS. The role combines technical leadership with hands‑on development, ensuring our micro‑services architecture is secure, scalable, and aligned with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Assist senior IT leadership in shaping and executing IT strategy.
• Plan, budget, allocate resources, and deliver complex IT projects.
• Lead and mentor cross‑functional development teams to achieve high productivity.
• Oversee design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud‑based systems and applications.
• Ensure security, scalability, and regulatory compliance of all IT operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 9+ years of IT experience, including at least 4 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale projects and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong understanding of modern development principles, cybersecurity, and IT governance.
