Development Partner, Digitalisation and Enterprise Capabilities

About the role

The Enterprise Capabilities Division supports local enterprises, from small firms to large companies, in building strong digital and organisational capabilities. Its Digitalisation Department works with government agencies, higher education institutions and private-sector partners to design and deliver practical programmes that help enterprises adopt digital technologies, including AI. This Development Partner role drives enterprise digitalisation and AI adoption by turning technology trends into programmes and initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver programmes that help enterprises access opportunities in digitalisation, AI, cybersecurity and related areas.
• Work with government partners such as IMDA, MTI, MDDI, CSA and EDB, as well as universities and private-sector partners (tech firms, banks, telcos, consultancies) to co-design initiatives.
• Track and analyse local and global AI and technology trends, turning them into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders and enterprises.
• Build and maintain relationships with public and private stakeholders to support programme delivery and ecosystem collaboration.

Required profile

• 2-5 years of experience in programme management, business development or account management, preferably in technology-related programmes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to communicate clearly with diverse audiences.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of AI and digital technologies.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools and developing simple AI workflows.
