DevOps Engineer – Lead Infrastructure & Automation

About the role

We are looking for a DevOps Lead to design, implement and operate scalable, secure infrastructure across cloud and hybrid environments. The role focuses on automation, observability and operational excellence to enable reliable platform delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation and operation of secure, scalable infrastructure services.
• Break down complex infrastructure challenges into executable plans, managing dependencies and timelines.
• Define, implement and continuously improve build, release and deployment practices.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, system integrators and operations teams to build automated CI/CD pipelines.
• Drive infrastructure automation and platform engineering initiatives to boost productivity.
• Manage cloud and hybrid environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, VMware) ensuring performance, reliability and governance.
• Establish standards for task planning, execution discipline and documentation.
• Implement monitoring, logging, alerting and incident‑response capabilities.
• Provide technical leadership in DevOps, security, compliance and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Electronics Engineering or related field.
• Strong hands‑on experience in infrastructure engineering, DevOps and platform operations.
• Proven experience with operational automation, scripting and Infrastructure as Code.
• Good understanding of DevOps practices, Agile methodology, ITIL and security/compliance.
