DevOps & Platform Engineer

About the role

Assurity Trusted Solutions (ATS) is seeking a DevOps & Platform Engineer to join its innovative team. You will help drive automation, compliance and best‑practice standards across cloud and on‑premise environments, supporting both development and production workloads.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and implement continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) practices within the development team.
• Collaborate with hosting and cloud providers to provision application environments and streamline deployments.
• Develop scripts and leverage CI tools to automate builds, releases and deployments.
• Provision and manage servers, virtual machines, containers, software licenses and related resources.
• Conduct system‑level security scans, harden platforms and ensure compliance with standards such as CIS Benchmarks and NIST frameworks.
• Operate cloud infrastructure and application services in production, maintaining high availability.
• Document implementations and maintain technical documentation for future reference.

Required profile

• Passion for automation, standardisation, compliance and best practices.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar DevOps or platform engineering role.
• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or a related discipline.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Red Hat Certified Engineer, Certified Kubernetes Administrator) are a plus.
• Experience managing production systems with a focus on security and compliance.
