Digital Account Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Account Executive to support our client’s shared‑service web operations across APAC. Reporting to the Digital Account Director, you will help improve content quality, SEO performance and e‑shop conversions for markets such as Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand and Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end content publishing, from asset sourcing to web production, ensuring compliance with content guidelines.
• Monitor monthly product publishing rates, performance metrics and produce regular reports.
• Serve as primary liaison between the client and internal teams, handling inquiries, escalations and relationship building.
• Coordinate SEO implementation plans, produce monthly SEO reports and oversee copy localisation.
• Conduct content governance audits and ensure website accuracy.

Required profile

• Experience working with multiple stakeholders and tools under global guidelines.
• Proven ability to manage project deliverables and timelines.
• Strong communication skills for client interaction.

Required skills

• CMS platforms such as AEM, WordPress.
• Project‑management tools (Jira, Trello).
• eCommerce product management tools.
• Web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
• SEO tools: Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, Keyword Planner, SEMrush.
• Understanding of Google search algorithm and keyword research.
