Digital Account Executive

About the role

The Digital Account Executive will support Cheil’s Shared‑Service Centre in delivering centralized digital marketing services across APAC markets. Reporting to the Digital Account Director, the role ensures high‑quality content publishing, SEO implementation and seamless client coordination to drive e‑shop traffic and conversions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage content publishing end‑to‑end, from asset sourcing to web production, adhering to global content guidelines.
• Monitor and report monthly product publishing rates, performance metrics and SEO results.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, handling inquiries, escalations and relationship building.
• Coordinate SEO implementation plans, including copy localization and monthly SEO reporting.
• Conduct QA, content governance audits and post‑execution insights reporting for clients.

Required profile

• Proven experience working with multiple stakeholders and tools under global guidelines.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms such as AEM or WordPress.
• Background in e‑commerce product management and configuration.
• Project‑management experience using tools like Jira or Trello.
• Basic knowledge of web languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and website audit utilities.
• Understanding of Google search algorithms, keyword research and SEO analytics.
