Digital Finance & Managed Services Manager / Senior Manager

About the role

PwC's Capital Markets and Accounting Advisory Services line is looking for a Manager or Senior Manager to lead a project team delivering managed services and outsourcing solutions for clients in the region. The scope covers accounting and financial reporting transactions such as financial planning and analysis, and finance operations like order to cash and produce to pay. The role drives financial accuracy and efficiency through strategic leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Work with practice leaders and executives on business development to identify and secure new opportunities and clients.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and propose tailored managed services and outsourcing solutions.
• Lead outsourcing or digital finance special projects and drive innovation to improve service delivery.
• Lead the team in managing the accounts receivable and accounts payable cycles.
• Design and integrate automation into outsourced processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Provide managed services for other technical accounting and financial reporting areas, including consolidation, financial statement preparation, lease accounting and hedge accounting.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in reporting.

Required profile

• Accounting or finance qualification with a good understanding of accounting principles and finance processes.
• 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in an international public accounting firm or corporate, in accounting advisory, statutory audit or financial reporting.
• Proven experience leading a team of junior professionals across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience helping clients automate or enhance their reporting processes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong analytical and communication skills and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Finance operations, including order to cash and procure to pay, preferably in a managed services or outsourcing setting.
• ERP systems such as SAP, Xero and NetSuite.
• FP&A and FP&A solutions (a plus).

The position is open to candidates eligible for work visa sponsorship and requires government clearance.
