Digital Imaging Artist – Manager (1‑Year Contract)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Imaging (DI) Artist – Manager to join our Branding Creative team on a one‑year contract. The role will lead the production of high‑quality visual assets for print, digital and out‑of‑home campaigns, while driving the adoption of AI tools to improve workflow efficiency and creative output.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver professional image retouching, compositing, colour correction and photo manipulation to production‑ready standards.
• Develop key visuals and campaign assets across multiple channels (print, digital, OOH).
• Collaborate with designers, art directors, photographers and production partners.
• Leverage AI tools (e.g., Runway, Adobe Firefly) to enhance digital imaging while maintaining brand consistency.
• Explore and introduce new AI techniques to improve workflow efficiency and creative output.
• Prepare artwork for print, digital and large‑format production.
• Maintain an organised asset library and version control.

Required profile

• Diploma or Degree in Design, Digital Imaging, Visual Communication or a related discipline.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in digital imaging, retouching or creative production.
• Strong understanding of colour, lighting, compositing and visual aesthetics.
• Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining speed, quality and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• AI video generation tools (Runway, Seedance, Veo) – optional but advantageous
