Digital Learning Coordinator, Secondary School

About the role

Stamford American International School, an IB World School in Singapore serving students aged 18 months to 18 years, is looking for a Digital Learning Coordinator, Secondary to join its Teaching and Learning team. The role drives the integration of technology into the curriculum, including AI and adaptive learning tools, and works with teachers to design innovative learning experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with teachers to design learning experiences that use digital tools effectively, ethically and inclusively.
• Provide professional learning on digital pedagogy, technology integration and digital citizenship.
• Work with Curriculum Coordinators and faculty to embed technology in the curriculum.
• Coach teachers and build a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Advocate for digital tools and promote digital literacy across the school.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of classroom teaching experience with a relevant teaching qualification.
• Bachelor's degree in education, technology or a related field, and relevant teaching certification.
• Proven experience designing and implementing digital learning strategies for secondary grades.
• Familiarity with IB, AP and standards-based international curricula.
• Experience using Apple products (1:1 iPads for KG2-Grade 5, 1:1 MacBook Air for Grades 6-12).

Required skills

• Proficiency with digital tools and learning management systems such as Managebac and iSams.
• Expertise in AI and adaptive learning technologies in education.
• Knowledge of data privacy, digital security and ethical technology use.
• Knowledge of information literacy, research methods and digital citizenship.
• Preferred: Google Educator Certification (Level 1 and 2) and Common Sense Educator Certification.
