Digital Marketing and CRM Specialist

About the role

The leading luxury automotive brand is looking for a Digital Marketing and CRM Specialist to lead digital marketing and CRM initiatives across the Asia‑Pacific region from Singapore. You will shape the brand’s digital presence, enhance customer journeys, and provide data‑driven insights to sales and marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute CRM strategies using the in‑house Salesforce‑based system, ensuring continuous improvement and optimal performance.
• Support sales, marketing, and retailer networks with data analytics, segmentation, and actionable insights.
• Interpret CRM dashboards and scorecards to guide data‑driven decisions aligned with KPIs.
• Deliver training and coaching on CRM tools to retailer teams.
• Design customer experience strategies tailored to Asia‑Pacific audiences, mapping pre‑ and post‑handover journeys.
• Create digital experiences that connect local channels with global platforms such as eDMs and chat functions.
• Collaborate with Brand Communications Managers on communication plans for customer journeys and prospecting activities.
• Plan and manage regional digital marketing initiatives, overseeing paid media, social media, and website management.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into business recommendations.
• Excellent collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional teams and retailer networks.
• Experience in luxury or automotive sectors is a plus.
