Digital Marketing Manager – APAC (Beauty)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead the APAC digital, e‑commerce and social commerce strategy for a leading international beauty group. Based in Singapore, the role combines strategic planning with hands‑on execution across multiple marketplaces and social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive the regional digital marketing and e‑commerce agenda across APAC, covering marketplaces, social commerce, digital media and content.
• Translate global brand direction into market‑specific digital plans that balance brand consistency, local relevance and commercial performance.
• Optimize performance on platforms such as TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Tmall and other regional marketplaces.
• Collaborate with local markets, distributors, agencies and platform partners to improve campaign quality, conversion rates, content execution and digital capability.
• Develop playbooks, performance insights and guidance for markets at varying maturity levels, acting as the regional digital expert.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in digital marketing, e‑commerce or digital commerce within beauty, consumer, retail or FMCG.
• Strong experience in SEA, North Asia or APAC digital ecosystems, especially online marketplaces, TikTok/social commerce, paid media and content‑driven conversion.
• Background on the brand side is preferred; agency or platform candidates should have prior brand‑side exposure.
• Deep beauty sensibility with the ability to balance brand image, consumer experience and commercial outcomes.
• Strategic thinker who can also execute marketplace operations, campaign mechanics, analytics and local roll‑outs.

Required skills

• Experience with TikTok, Shopee, Lazada, Tmall and other APAC marketplaces.
• Proficiency in paid media management and content‑led conversion strategies.
• Strong analytical skills for performance insight generation.
