Digital Marketing Consultant

About the role

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Consultant to join McDonald’s Singapore’s Digital team. You will support the Senior Manager Digital portfolio by designing and executing integrated, multi‑channel marketing campaigns that drive member acquisition and enhance the brand’s digital presence.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage omni‑channel campaigns and promotions from briefing to execution.
• Collaborate with the business analytics, digital engagement and agency partners to analyse post‑campaign performance and recommend optimisations.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams—including Marketing, Merchandising, Social, CRM, Insights, Technology, Operations, Legal and agency partners—to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
• Facilitate war‑room sessions for campaigns, track action items and produce post‑campaign recaps.
• Develop and deliver communication plans for restaurant‑level execution of promotions, using internal tools to inform field teams.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B, consumer retail or multinational brand agencies.
• Passion for mobile apps, loyalty programmes and digital innovation.
• Strong organisational, critical‑thinking and communication abilities.
• Customer‑centric mindset and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
