Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to lead Baidu SEM campaigns for our financial app, driving user acquisition and ROI through data‑driven strategies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage Baidu SEM advertising campaigns, including keyword bidding aligned with product offerings.
• Create and optimise creative assets – images, videos and copy – tailored to target user demographics.
• Monitor account performance, analyse data, and continuously optimise spend to maximise return on investment.
• Produce regular reports summarising campaign effectiveness and material delivery.
• Research competitor campaigns, industry trends and traffic patterns to inform strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on experience managing paid campaigns on platforms such as Google, Facebook, YouTube or TikTok.
• Proven experience with Google Ads (AdWords) – a mandatory requirement.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to monitor and interpret data.
• Proactive attitude, high sense of responsibility and strong learning ability.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, capable of communicating with diverse stakeholders.
