Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

Finmo is looking for a hands‑on Digital Marketing Manager to own and optimise the performance engine that reaches CFOs, treasurers and finance leaders worldwide. You will be directly responsible for paid acquisition, organic visibility and the data‑driven marketing stack.

Key responsibilities

• Run paid campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Search, Meta and other channels, managing budgets and CPL targets.
• Develop and execute SEO and Answer‑Engine Optimisation (AEO) strategies to improve search rankings and organic traffic.
• Turn HubSpot into a single source of truth for all lead sources, ensuring data integrity for marketing, sales and executives.
• Analyse cost‑per‑lead, sign‑up and demo metrics by channel, geography and persona, and optimise for efficiency.
• Build backlink profiles and conduct keyword research to support content updates and buyer‑intent prompts.
• Drive month‑on‑month growth in qualified sign‑ups and demo requests from both paid and organic sources.

Required profile

• Data‑driven marketer comfortable being measured on CPL, sign‑ups, demo requests and pipeline contribution.
• Self‑starter who prefers executing campaigns directly rather than briefing agencies.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate performance data into actionable insights.
