Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive (Graphic Design)

About the role

We are seeking a creative Digital Marketing & Social Media Executive with strong graphic design skills to support our food manufacturing brand. You will develop visual content for digital campaigns, manage social platforms, and ensure brand consistency across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and design assets for integrated marketing campaigns, including digital ads, LinkedIn campaigns, social media, websites, email marketing and print materials.
• Design marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, product labels, catalogues and social media graphics while adhering to brand guidelines.
• Manage social media platforms, plan content calendars, schedule posts and engage with online audiences.
• Monitor campaign performance, track leads and prepare quarterly performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to produce engaging visual and marketing content for various communication channels.
• Create and edit graphic and video content for social media, websites and other marketing initiatives.
• Maintain and update website content, including the product library.
• Develop mock‑ups and visual ideas based on marketing or business requirements.
• Participate in ad‑hoc projects and other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing or a related design discipline.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in graphic design, marketing or a similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign (mandatory).
• Familiarity with Canva and CapCut for design and video editing.
• Experience with Wix website management (advantageous).
• Knowledge of SEO and SEM (added advantage).
• Understanding of LinkedIn advertising platforms (advantageous).
