Digital Marketing Specialist – 12‑Month Contract (Singapore)

About the role

We are recruiting a Digital Marketing Specialist on behalf of a leading insurance firm in Singapore. The role is a 12‑month contract based at Raffles Place and focuses on managing the corporate website, digital assets, SEO, SEM and broader digital experience initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and optimise website content, digital assets and web enhancements to increase traffic, engagement and lead generation.
• Drive organic visibility through SEO, structured data, schema markup and AI‑search optimisation (AEO/LLM).
• Manage SEM campaigns, including paid search and display, with ongoing analysis and optimisation.
• Oversee retargeting and campaign amplification via a Customer Data Platform.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop integrated multi‑media marketing campaigns.
• Maintain web governance, technical workflow and regulatory compliance.
• Provide regular reporting using Adobe Analytics and track performance metrics.

Required profile

• Proven experience in managing corporate websites and executing SEO/SEM strategies.
• Familiarity with AI‑driven search visibility and structured content implementation.
• Ability to work closely with agencies, IT, risk and compliance teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience reporting digital performance.
