Digital Marketplace Account Manager – Sales (Singapore)

About the role

Apple is looking for a seasoned Digital Marketplace Account Manager to lead its e‑commerce strategy in Singapore. You will shape and execute the online marketplace sales plan, working closely with key digital partners to grow Apple’s presence across major e‑commerce platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement Singapore’s marketplace strategy, aligning with regional and local sales teams.
• Build and nurture relationships with senior executives at digital partners.
• Develop digital account plans, quarterly sales campaigns, and demand‑generation programs.
• Lead weekly performance reviews, analyse data, and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with internal functions such as operations, marketing, and legal to ensure flawless execution.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas and drive revenue growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in e‑commerce, consulting, or sales management.
• Proven track record of delivering results in digital marketplace environments.
• Deep understanding of Singapore’s e‑commerce landscape and market trends.
• Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and sell new solutions.
